Originally located at the foot of the Pratomagno along the ancient Via Cassia, from which it takes its name, the Osteria Cassia Vetus has always offered local cuisine with particular attention to slow food principals throughout the Italian territory; in fact, as for the tastes of Geliterraneo, also here you can find the refined flavors of the local gastronomy of Tuscany and not, such as the salami of Grigio del Casentino, or the trofie with rocket pesto and Toritto almonds or the Zolfino bean.
Cassia Vetus is also a place where there is a deep passion for fine coffee, here you can find qualities from all over the world, with a particular reference to those from all over Central America.
